Lonnie is a distinguished scientist and engineer with 15 years of experience in artificial intelligence, knowledge management, and robotics. Currently a research scientist at the Institute for the Study of Learning and Expertise (ISLE) in Stanford, California, Lonnie is researching computational molecular biology and bioinformatics to develop novel knowledge management tools and machine learning approaches for discovery and testing of theories in molecular biology. Also an experienced technologist and software developer, Lonnie manages Internet delivery for LONGITUDE, providing back-end support for the varied media produced in the field.
